This week the cold finally found us. The mornings were double digits in the minus which did eventually warm up to minus 2 by early afternoon. First time its been this cold after the first week being double digits the other way. Tough for some but we hung in there. Wednesday the Dev Crew headed out to Keystone to check out the rails and we weren’t disappointed. The field of rail and verity of rails were both challenging and exciting. We’ll be heading there on Sunday and round two should be tricktastic.
Thursday, our usual Woodward day, had some great progression working with the trampolines on all spins getting the combination of style and smoothness comfortable. It was a great session with everyones energy amped. The whole crew was pushed trying to get tricks on lock. All this lead to an amazing Friday. The Park Lane riders who were riding with Tom and Steve applied the spins they did the day before to the jumps. Everyone was spinning, just a crazy morning. Niki’s Pipe Crew took advantage of the nicely cut pipe but was cut done due to the winds.
Highlight of the week was the TSC Jibulation Compilation Throwdown. The Dev Crew had a competition hitting up a street style shotgun down rail using the ‘Skate’ game rules. Instead of ‘Skate’ we played to ‘TSC.’ All tried something new which made it the highlight of the week. Winning shout outs go to Jesse Inglis, sweet moves by all.
